Endoplasmic reticulum transmembrane protein involved in vesicle-mediated transport, which is required for neutrophil function.
Required for vesiclemediated transport; it is however unclear whether it is involved in early secretory pathway or intracellular protein transport.
Acts as a regulator of neutrophil function, probably via its role in vesicle-mediated transport: required for defense against fungal pathogens and for granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (GMCSF) signaling pathway; possibly by regulating glycosylation and/or targeting of proteins contributing to the viability and migration of neutrophils.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
