This cycle probably induces conformational changes in the client proteins, thereby causing their activation.
Interacts dynamically with various co-chaperones that modulate its substrate recognition, ATPase cycle and chaperone function
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA.

Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
