特徴
Calcium-dependent cell-adhesion protein.
Mediates functions in neuroprogenitor cell proliferation and differentiation.
In the heart, has a critical role for proper morphogenesis of the mitral valve, acting in the regulation of cell migration involved in valve formation (PubMed:26258302).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:20-1:200.
Heat antigen retrieval is required using citrate buffer, pH 6.0
Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
