- Receptor to interleukin-8, which is a powerful neutrophils chemotactic factor.
- Binding of IL-8 to the receptor causes activation of neutrophils.
- This response is mediated via a G-protein that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
- This receptor binds to IL-8 with a high affinity and to MGSA (GRO) with a low affinity.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-300ELISA: 1:10,000-20,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
