特徴
- Substrate-binding subunit (component A) of the Rab geranylgeranyltransferase (GGTase) complex.
- Binds unprenylated Rab proteins and presents the substrate peptide to the catalytic component B.
- The component A is thought to be regenerated by transferring its prenylated Rab back to the donor membrane.
- Less effective than CHM in supporting prenylation of Rab3 family.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunofluorescence.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
