特徴
- Centrosomal protein involved in centriole biogenesis.
- Acts as a scaffolding protein during early centriole biogenesis.
- Required for the targeting of centriole satellite proteins to centrosomes such as of PCM1, SSX2IP and CEP290 and recruitment of WRAP73 to centrioles.
- Also required for centriole-centriole cohesion during interphase by acting as a platform protein for CEP250 at the centriole.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunofluorescence.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
