特徴

• Co-chaperone for HSP70 and HSC70 chaperone proteins.
• Acts as a nucleotide-exchange factor (NEF) promoting the release of ADP from the HSP70 and HSC70 proteins thereby triggering client/substrate protein release.
• Nucleotide release is mediated via its binding to the nucleotide-binding domain (NBD) of HSPA8/HSC70 where as the substrate release is mediated via its binding to the substrate-binding domain (SBD) of HSPA8/HSC70.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:20-1:200.
• Heat antigen retrieval is required using citrate buffer, pH 6.0
• Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
