• This arginylation is required for degradation of the protein via the ubiquitin pathway.
• Does not arginylate cysteine residues (By similarity).
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:500Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
