特徴
- GTPase activator for the small GTPases RhoA and Cdc42 by converting them to an inactive GDP-bound state.
- Essential for PTKB2 regulation of cytoskeletal organization via Rho family GTPases.
- Inhibits PAK2 proteolytic fragment PAK-2p34 kinase activity and changes its localization from the nucleus to the perinuclear region.
- Stabilizes PAK-2p34 thereby increasing stimulation of cell death (By similarity).
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Immunoflourescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
