Chromatin regulator which modulates histone acetylation and gene expression in neural precursor cells (By similarity).
May recruit histone deacetylases (HDACs) to the p160 coactivators/nuclear receptor complex to inhibit liganddependent transactivation (PubMed:15184363).
Has a role in proliferation and development of cortical neural precursors (PubMed:25556659).
May also regulate bone homeostasis (By similarity).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
