Mannosyltransferase involved in the last steps of the synthesis of Man5GlcNAc(2)-PP-dolichol core oligosaccharide on the cytoplasmic face of the endoplasmic reticulum.
Catalyzes the addition of the 4th and 5th mannose residues to the dolichol-linked oligosaccharide chain.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
