This mAb is useful in the identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas, and certain non-Hodgkin's lymphomas.
The most common feature of these malignancies is the restricted expression of a single heavy chain class.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin sections): 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 min at RT)Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/106 cells in 0.1mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
