Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is an immunoglobulin monomer consisting of two (gamma) heavy chains and two light chains.
Each IgG molecule contains two antigen binding domains and a single effector (Fc) domain.
Assay Designs offers isotyping kits and antibodies in a variety of formats for the detection of human, mouse, rabbit, rat, sheep, and goat IgG.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2500-50,000Western Blot: 1:5000-100,000, ECLimmunohistochemistry: 1:250-2500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
仕様
