CD31 is found on the surface of platelets, monocytes, neutrophils, and some types of T-cells, and makes up a large portion of endothelial cell intercellular junctions.
It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is likely involved in leukocyte migration, angiogenesis, and integrin activation.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin sections): 1-2ug/ml for 30 min at RTFlow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/106 cellsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
