CD20 is a non-Ig differentiation antigen of B-cells and its expression is restricted to normal and neoplastic B-cells, being absent from all other leukocytes and tissues.
It is expressed by pre B-cells and persists during all stages of maturation but is lost upon terminal differentiation into plasma cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin sections): 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 min at RTFlow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/106 cellsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
