- Rabbit IL-2 is an essential innate immune modulator produced by T cells in response to antigenic or mitogenic stimulation.
- IL-2 can stimulate B cells, monocytes, NK cells and glioma cells.
- It is required for T cell proliferation and regulation of the immune response.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1.0-5.0ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-2.0ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
