HNF1B (hepatocyte nuclear factor 1 β), a homeodomain, is an atypical POU (Pit-1, Oct-1, andUnc-86) transcription factor which is associated with the early vertebrate development and embryonic survival.
It is expressed in the pancreas, kidney, lung, ovary, testis, and throughout the gastrointestinal tract.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.04-0.4ug/mlImmunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:2500Immunofluorescence: 0.25-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
