ZNF335 (zinc finger protein 335) is a protein coding gene.
Diseases associated with ZNF335 include microcephaly 10, primary, autosomal recessive and microcephaly.
Among its related pathways are activated PKN1 stimulates transcription of AR (androgen receptor) regulated genes KLK2 and KLK3 and developmental biology.
The protein encoded by ZNF335 enhances transcriptional activation by ligand-bound nuclear hormone receptors.
However, it does this not by direct interaction with the receptor, but by direct interaction with the nuclear hormone receptor transcriptional coactivator NRC.
The encoded protein may function by altering local chromatin structure.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
