The degradation of many proteins is carried out by the ubiquitin pathway in which proteins are targeted for degradation by covalent conjugation of the polypeptide ubiquitin.
UBTD1 (ubiquitin domain containing 1) encodes a protein that belongs to the ubiquitin family of proteins.
The encoded protein is thought to regulate E2 ubiquitin conjugating enzymes belonging to the UBE2D family.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
