The protein encoded by TNFRSF19 is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily.
This receptor is highly expressed during embryonic development.
It has been shown to interact with TRAF family members, and to activate JNK signaling pathway when overexpressed in cells.
This receptor is capable of inducing apoptosis by a caspase-independent mechanism, and it is thought to play an essential role in embryonic development.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
