Transducin-like enhancer of split proteins (TLE1, TLE2, TLE3, TLE4, and TLE6) are mammalian homologs of drosophila Groucho.
TLEs contain several WD-repeats implicated in protein-protein interaction.
TLEs are transcriptional co-repressors that bind to many transcription factors such as LEF1, Runx1, Oct-1, hepatocyte nuclear factor 3-beta as well as histone H3.
TLEs are differentially expressed during animal development and may have overlapping as well as distinct functions.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100-1:300ELISA: 1:20,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
