特徴
- Tensin 1 encoded by TNS1 localizes to focal adhesions, regions of the plasma membrane where the cell attaches to the extracellular matrix.
- This protein crosslinks actin filaments and contains a Src homology 2 (SH2) domain, which is often found in molecules involved in signal transduction.
- Tensin 1 is a substrate of calpain II.
- Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000ELISA: 1:20,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
