PLXDC1, also named as TEM3 and TEM7, belongs to the plexin family.
PLXDC1 may interact with cortactin.
PLXDC1 (TEM7) is identified through serial analysis of gene expression on endothelial cells isolated from human normal and malignant colorectal tissues.
The antibody recognizes isoform1 and isoform4 of PLXDC1.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
