KHDRBS1 encodes a member of the K homology domain-containing, RNA-binding, signal transduction-associated protein family.
The KH domain-containing RNA-binding signal transduction-associated protein 1 appears to have many functions and may be involved in a variety of cellular processes, including alternative splicing, cell cycle regulation, RNA 3'-end formation, tumorigenesis, and regulation of human immunodeficiency virus gene expression.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
