RPAP3 (RNA polymerase II associated protein 3) encodes an RNA polymerase II-associated protein.
The encoded protein may function in transcriptional regulation and may also regulate apoptosis.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
Forms an interface between the RNA polymerase II enzyme and chaperone/scaffolding protein, suggesting that it is required to connect RNA polymerase II to regulators of protein complex formation.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
