Putative RNA polymerase II subunit B1 C-terminal domain (CTD) phosphatase that forms an interface between the RNA polymerase II enzyme and chaperone/scaffolding protein, suggesting that it is required to connect RNA polymerase II to regulators of protein complex formation.
