特徴
- Zinc finger MYND-type containing 8 encoded by ZMYND8 is a receptor for activated C-kinase (RACK) protein.
- Zinc finger MYND-type containing 8 has been shown to bind in vitro to activated protein kinase C beta I.
- In addition, Zinc finger MYND-type containing 8 is a cutaneous T-cell lymphoma-associated antigen.
- Finally, the protein contains a bromodomain and two zinc fingers, and is thought to be a transcriptional regulator.
- Multiple transcript variants encoding several different isoforms have been found for ZMYND8.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunofluorescence: 1:200-1:1000ELISA: 1:10,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
