特徴
- The Ser/Thr protein kinase encoded by this gene belongs to the CDC5/Polo subfamily.
- It is highly expressed during mitosis and elevated levels are found in many different types of cancer.
- Depletion of this protein in cancer cells dramatically inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis; hence, it is a target for cancer therapy.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100-1:300ELISA: 1:5000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
