PHACTR4 (phosphatase and actin regulator 4) encodes a member of the phosphatase and actin regulator (PHACTR) family.
Other PHACTR family members have been shown to inhibit protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) activity, and the homolog of PHACTR4 in the mouse has been shown to interact with actin and PP1.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for PHACTR4.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000ICC : 1:200-1:1000ELISA: 1:10,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
