NOSIP (nitric oxide synthase interacting protein) is a protein coding gene.
Among its related pathways are eNOS activation and regulation and Nanog in mammalian ESC pluripotency.
The protein encoded by NOSIP may modulate the activity and localization of nitric oxide synthase (endothelial and neuronal) and thus nitric oxide production.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants that encode the same protein.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
