Netrin is included in a family of laminin-related secreted proteins.
The function of this gene has not yet been defined; however, netrin is thought to be involved in axon guidance and cell migration during development.
Mutations and loss of expression of netrin suggest that variation in netrin may be involved in cancer development.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
