NEK9 (NIMA related kinase 9) encodes a member of the NimA (never in mitosis A) family of serine/threonine protein kinases.
The encoded protein is activated in mitosis and, in turn, activates other family members during mitosis.
This protein also mediates cellular processes that are essential for interphase progression.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
