Diseases associated with NAV3 include subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma.
NAV3 belongs to the neuron navigator family and is expressed predominantly in the nervous system.
The encoded protein contains coiled-coil domains and a conserved AAA domain characteristic for ATPases associated with a variety of cellular activities.
NAV3 is similar to unc-53, a caenorhabditis elegans gene involved in axon guidance.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants for NAV3 have been described but only one has had its full-length nature determined.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin).
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:50-1:300Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
