NAIP the protein encoded by NAIP contains regions of homology to two baculovirus inhibitor of apoptosis proteins, and it is able to suppress apoptosis induced by various signals NAIP (NLR family apoptosis inhibitory protein) is a protein coding gene.
Diseases associated with NAIP include spinal muscular atrophy-3 and spinal muscular atrophy.
Among its related pathways are nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain (NOD) pathway.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin), ELISA.
