MARCH9 is a member of the MARCH family of membrane-bound E3 ubiquitin ligases.
MARCH enzymes add ubiquitin (see MIM 191339) to target lysines in substrate proteins, thereby signaling their vesicular transport between membrane compartments.
MARCH9 induces internalization of several membrane glycoproteins and directs them to the endosomal compartment.
MARCH9 (membrane associated ring-CH-type finger 9) is a protein coding gene.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
