特徴
- Targets myosin phosphatase to the actin cytoskeleton.
- Required for the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton by RhoA and ROCK1.
- Depletion leads to an increased number of stress fibers in smooth muscle cells through stabilization of actin fibers by phosphorylated myosin.
- Overexpression of MRIP as well as its F-actin-binding region leads to disassembly of stress fibers in neuronal cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100-1:300ELISA: 1:40,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
