IRX3 is a member of the Iroquois homeobox gene family (see IRX1; MIM 606197) and plays a role in an early step of neural development (Bellefroid et al.
1998 [PubMed 9427753]).
Members of this family appear to play multiple roles during pattern formation of vertebrate embryos (Lewis et al.
1999 [PubMed 10370142]).
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100-1:300ELISA: 1:20,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
