The protein encoded by IL1F10 (interleukin 1 family member 10 (theta)) is a member of the interleukin 1 cytokine family.
IL1F10 and eight other interleukin 1 family genes form a cytokine gene cluster on chromosome 2.
This cytokine is thought to participate in a network of interleukin 1 family members to regulate adapted and innate immune responses.
Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been reported.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
