特徴
- NFKBIA (NFKB inhibitor alpha) encodes a member of the NF-kappa-B inhibitor family, which contain multiple ankrin repeat domains.
- The encoded protein interacts with REL dimers to inhibit NF-kappa-B/REL complexes which are involved in inflammatory responses.
- The encoded protein moves between the cytoplasm and the nucleus via a nuclear localization signal and CRM1-mediated nuclear export.
- Mutations in NFKBIA have been found in ectodermal dysplasia anhidrotic with T-cell immunodeficiency autosomal dominant disease.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:200-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
