特徴
- The protein encoded by HSPB1 (heat shock protein family B (small) member 1) is induced by environmental stress and developmental changes.
- The encoded protein is involved in stress resistance and actin organization and translocates from the cytoplasm to the nucleus upon stress induction.
- Defects in HSPB1 are a cause of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 2F (CMT2F) and distal hereditary motor neuropathy (dHMN).
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:10,000ELISA: 1:10,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
