- HDAC7 is orthologous to mouse HDAC7 gene whose protein promotes repression mediated via the transcriptional corepressor SMRT.
- Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
