It contains an internal duplication of two catalytic domains which appear to function independently of each other.
Histone deacetylase 6 possesses histone deacetylase activity and represses transcription.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and ELISA.
