Solute carrier family 2 facilitated glucose transporter member 5 encoded by SLC2A5 is a fructose transporter responsible for fructose uptake by the small intestine.
The encoded protein also is necessary for the increase in blood pressure due to high dietary fructose consumption.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000ELISA: 1:20,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
