- GNA14 (G protein subunit alpha 14) encodes a member of the guanine nucleotide-binding, or G protein family.
- G proteins are heterotrimers consisting of alpha, beta and gamma subunits.
- The encoded protein is a member of the alpha family of G proteins, more specifically the alpha q subfamily of G proteins.
- The encoded protein may play a role in pertussis-toxin resistant activation of phospholipase C-beta and its downstream effectors.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000ELISA: 1:40,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
