GADD45G is a member of a group of genes whose transcript levels are increased following stressful growth arrest conditions and treatment with DNA-damaging agents.
Growth arrest and DNA damage-inducible protein GADD45 gamma encoded by GADD45G responds to environmental stresses by mediating activation of the p38/JNK pathway via MTK1/MEKK4 kinase.
The GADD45G is highly expressed in placenta.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
