特徴
- ERBIN is a member of the leucine-rich repeat and PDZ domain (LAP) family.
- Erbb2 interacting protein contains 17 leucine-rich repeats and one PDZ domain.
- It binds to the unphosphorylated form of the ERBB2 protein and regulates ERBB2 function and localization.
- It has also been shown to affect the Ras signaling pathway by disrupting Ras-Raf interaction.
- Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for ERBIN.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000ELISA: 1:10,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
