DKK3 encodes dickkopf WNT signaling pathway inhibitor 3 that is a member of the dickkopf family.
The secreted protein contains two cysteine rich regions and is involved in embryonic development through its interactions with the Wnt signaling pathway.
The expression of DKK3 is decreased in a variety of cancer cell lines and it may function as a tumor suppressor gene.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same protein.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
