- It may attenuate protein kinase C activity by regulating diacylglycerol levels in intracellular signaling cascade and signal transduction.
- Alternative splicing occurs at DGKZ and multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100-1:300ELISA: 1:20,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
