CDC25C encodes a conserved protein (cell division cycle 25C) that plays a key role in the regulation of cell division.
Cell division cycle 25C directs dephosphorylation of cyclin B-bound CDC2 and triggers entry into mitosis.
It also suppresses p53-induced growth arrest.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants of CDC25C have been described.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
