特徴
- CDC25C (cell division cycle 25C) encodes a conserved protein that plays a key role in the regulation of cell division.
- The encoded protein directs dephosphorylation of cyclin B-bound CDC2 and triggers entry into mitosis.
- It also suppresses p53-induced growth arrest.
- Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants of CDC25C have been described.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100-1:300ELISA: 1:5000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
